Whether you’re looking to run, bench press, squat snatch, or perform a downward dog, the brand-new gym floor has you covered! Everyone is welcome to this space which has zones dedicated to cardio machines, free weights, heavy lifting (including a multi-bay squat rig and lifting platforms), functional training and stretching.

With two new studios, you’ll feel more energized than ever before to achieve your goals. BODYBALANCE®, a fusion yoga workout, finds its home in the beautiful, light space of Studio 1. This experiential room will house wonderful low-impact workouts including LES MILLS SHAPES™ (inspired by Pilates and barre). CEREMONY® will be lighting up the floor of Studio 2, a hybrid athletic studio which will also host favourites such as LES MILLS GRIT™ (HIIT) and BODYPUMP® (high-rep strength training).
