The new Les Mills Dunedin club is a world first for Les Mills. It’s been purpose-built to showcase our Live Forward concept: to be mindful of the present and make choices that benefit your future self. We have brand new programmes on the timetable Les Mills CEREMONY® and THE TRIP®.

Cycle Studio: Featuring a cinema-quality audio-visual system, in our new cycle studio you’ll get to experience cycle classes such as THE TRIP®, our fully immersive workout experience.

Studio 2: Utilising an extensive range of functional training equipment, this space is designed specifically for an ever-changing set-up of stations for Les Mills CEREMONY® classes and also hosts Les Mills BODYPUMP® and GRIT® classes.

STUDIO 1: Get your Zen on in our beautiful new studio 1 space. 

The new gym floor is a welcoming and inclusive space with cardio machines, free weights, heavy lifting, functional training and stretching. 

Train your way with the latest cardio equipment. There are equipment options for everyone in this specialised cardio zone.

Transition from workout to work in the comfort of our changing rooms. Store your gear securely in a locker, then make use of our showers, ironing boards, hair dryers and straighteners.
