This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Les Mills New Zealand. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect you and us; and are applicable to you as our member. PROMOTIONS

COMMITMENT PHOBE - SHRED YOUR CONTRACT AFTER 3 MONTHS

Join Les Mills on the 'Commitment Phobe' promotion and you'll enjoy the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time after the first three months, with no early termination fees payable. This promotion is available from 21 April 2026 to 31 May 2026. Eligible memberships include Essential (12-month), Corporate (12-month), Origin (Under 23), or Family-Add On (Takapuna only) single or multi-club memberships, available both in-club and online. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions. It is exclusively available to new members who are New Zealand residents, aged 15 or older, and is not applicable to existing or former members who have terminated their membership within the last three months. Photo identification required on sign-up. All members must adhere to Les Mills club rules and Conditions of Entry. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Join Les Mills on the 'Save $150' promotion and you'll enjoy $150 off your membership. This promotion is available from 21 April 2026 to 31 May 2026. Eligible memberships include Essential (12-month and 24-month), Corporate (12-month), Origin (Under 23), or Family-Add On (Takapuna only) single or multi-club memberships, available in-club only. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions. It is exclusively available to new members who are New Zealand residents, aged 15 or older, and is not applicable to existing or former members who have terminated their membership within the last three months. Photo identification required on sign-up. All members must adhere to Les Mills club rules and Conditions of Entry. CASUAL ENTRY - NO JOINING FEE

This promotion offers eligible new members no joining fee when they join on a Flexi membership between 12 March and 30 April 2026. This offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The promotion is available to new members only and is not valid for existing members or former members who have cancelled or terminated a Les Mills New Zealand membership within the past three (3) months. The offer is exclusively available to individuals who have purchased a casual entry pass within the calendar month of joining. The offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification required on sign-up. All members must comply with Les Mills club rules and Conditions of Entry. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.

MEMBER OFFER

MEMBER GET MEMBER

If a Les Mills member refers someone who joins Les Mills on a standard, corporate, senior, or Under 23 membership of 12 or 24 months (single or multi-club) in-club or online, the referring Les Mills member will receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership, for each person who says the member referred them to join. The joining member must state the existing member as their referrer at the time of sign up and can only state one reference. The referring member can receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership 7 days from the commencement of their membership. If the referral is made before the 26th of each month, the member will be credited by the end of that month. Any connections made from the 26th onwards, will be credited the following month. If the referred person(s) cancels their membership within the first 5 days of joining, Les Mills reserves the right to reverse the referring member’s credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash or refund, and credit cannot be transferred to any other membership account.

BRING FRIENDS FOR FREE

Members may bring a friend into a Les Mills club for up to two complimentary visits. Offer not available to current members or those who have used two complimentary member privilege visits within the past 3 months. Members can bring a friend into a Les Mills club on two separate occasions within a 3 month period. Trial available to individuals who reside in NZ only. Only available to people aged 15 and over only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special pricing discount. Additional fee may apply for some services such as personal training. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Standard Les Mills conditions apply.

GYM PASSES

One Day Free Pass

This free pass entitles the bearer to one (1) day of access to Les Mills New Zealand clubs, excluding Les Mills Dunedin. Club locations are available at lesmills.co.nz. The pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The trial is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER classes. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and health and safety requirements at all times. The free pass must be redeemed within the promotional period as communicated at the point of issue. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend access, or cancel the free pass where eligibility criteria are not met or where health and safety concerns arise. Les Mills New Zealand also reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.

Three Days Free pass

This free pass entitles the bearer to three (3) consecutive days of access to Les Mills New Zealand clubs, excluding Les Mills Dunedin. Club locations are available at lesmills.co.nz. The pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The trial is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER classes. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and health and safety requirements at all times. 1-Day Run Club Pass

This pass entitles the bearer to one (1) entry to any Les Mills New Zealand club and attendance at one (1) Les Mills Run Club session at a participating club. Club locations and Run Club availability are subject to change and may vary by location. This pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The pass is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification may be required on entry. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and health and safety requirements at all times. Participation in Run Club is subject to capacity, operational requirements, and suitability based on individual health and fitness levels. The pass must be redeemed within the promotional period as communicated at the point of issue. Unused entries will be forfeited after expiry. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend access, or cancel the pass where eligibility criteria are not met or where health and safety concerns arise. Les Mills New Zealand also reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.

3-DAY PASS FOR $25 - LES MILLS DUNEDIN

This promotion offers eligible new customers a three (3) consecutive day pass for $25 to Les Mills Dunedin, available for purchase and redemption between 1 February and 31 October 2026. The pass provides access to Les Mills Dunedin only and is valid for three (3) consecutive days from first check-in. The pass is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This offer is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial or promotional pass at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required on first visit. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and all health and safety requirements at all times. The pass must be redeemed within the promotional period as communicated at the point of purchase. Unused days will be forfeited once the three (3) consecutive-day period has commenced. SEVEN DayS Free pass - CHRISTCHURCH SUPER ROUND

This free pass entitles the bearer to seven (7) consecutive days of access to Les Mills Christchurch, by showing your ticket or proof of purchase to the Super Round across April 24-26 2026. The pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The trial is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and health and safety requirements at all times. The free pass must be redeemed within the promotional period as communicated at the point of issue. Unused days will be forfeited after the seven (7) consecutive-day period has commenced. LOCAL PROMOTIONS

DAY PASS

Les Mills Britomart x The Hotel Britomart

This pass entitles the bearer to a one-day trial, allowing access to Les Mills Britomart for one day. One pass per person. Trial is non-transferrable, not available in conjunction with any other Les Mills promotion and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Offer not available to existing members, ex members who have terminated their Les Mills membership within the last three months or individuals who have had a trial in the last three months. Standard Les Mills conditions and club rules apply. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Must be redeemed within 30 days of registration.

AIA Vitality Les Mills Benefit

The AIA Vitality Les Mills Benefit is comprised of an AIA Vitality Les Mills Membership discount (membership discount), cashback offer (cashback) and AIA Vitality Points.

AIA Vitality members can receive up to 50% off a Les Mills membership via a 15% membership discount and 35% cashback.

AIA Vitality Starter members can receive up to 25% off a Les Mills membership via a 15% membership discount and 10% cashback.

Membership Discount

New Les Mills Members

To be eligible to receive a Les Mills membership discount, AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members must:

i. Sign-up to a new Les Mills 12 Month Multi Club membership; and

ii. Activate by linking their AIA Vitality and Les Mills accounts by emailing Les Mills Member Services: [email protected]

Existing Les Mills Members

To be eligible to receive a Les Mills membership discount, AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members must:

i. Terminate their existing Les Mills gym membership and then sign-up to a new 12 Month Multi Club membership.

iii. Activate by linking their AIA Vitality and Les Mills accounts by emailing Les Mills Member Services: [email protected]

Members are responsible for any fees associated with joining, maintaining or cancelling their Les Mills gym membership.

AIA Vitality members are not eligible to receive an AIA Vitality Les Mills membership discount in addition to other existing Les Mills membership discounts (e.g. corporate and under 23).

Cashbacks

• To be eligible to receive cashback on a Les Mills membership, both existing and new Les Mills members must complete a minimum of 24 gym visits during a calendar quarter (or 12 visits if joining part-way through a calendar quarter). Only one gym visit per day will count towards the minimum gym visit target. Excludes Les Mills On Demand.

• Members will not be eligible for any cashback if they do not meet the minimum visits during the calendar quarter. Calendar quarters are January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December.

• The cashback will be to the value of either 35% (AIA Vitality members), or 10% (AIA Vitality Starter members), of a Les Mills 12 Month Multi Club membership fee, regardless of membership type held.

• Cashback is paid quarterly in the month following the end of each calendar quarter, to the member’s nominated AIA Vitality cashback account. Cashback will only be paid if the member has an active AIA Vitality or AIA Vitality Starter membership at the time of payment.

AIA Vitality Points

AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members can earn a maximum of 100 AIA Vitality Points per day for recording a Les Mills gym visit OR earn a maximum of 150 AIA Vitality Points per day for tracking physical activity. If a member records a gym visit and tracks physical activity in one day, only the highest points earning activity will be awarded.
