PROMOTIONS

Join Les Mills on the 'Commitment Phobe' promotion and you'll enjoy the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time after the first three months, with no early termination fees payable. This promotion is available from 21 April 2026 to 31 May 2026. Promotion Terms (longer)

Prize is a trip for 2 for 5 nights to Fiji, with accommodation and flights included, valued at $5525*.

There is 1 prize to be won. No limit of entries per person into the major prize draw.

Winner drawn by 30 June and will be contacted by phone or email by Les Mills New Zealand. Les Mills reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize if the winner cannot be contacted with the details provided within two weeks of the draw date.

The prize is taken at the winner’s own risk. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any damage whatsoever incurred by the winner and companion.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Les Mills New Zealand reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

The winner agrees that Les Mills may use their name, town and photograph for publicity purposes, including but not restricted to public relations and marketing via internet and social media platforms and otherwise. All decisions made by the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered.

In entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Les Mills who may use your information for special offers or marketing purposes. You will be able to unsubscribe from any future emails. All personal details will be held in line with our Privacy Policy.

Les Mills New Zealand will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems, or entries with incorrect details either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason we reserve the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Travel related clauses

This Les Mills travel prize draw is for the chance to win a trip for two adults to Fiji. The trip includes return economy class flights from Auckland to Fiji return airport transfers, and five nights' accommodation at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, (accommodation is subject to availability at time of prize redemption), daily buffet breakfasts and South Sea Sailing adventure on Sabre for two. All other travel expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. This includes but is not limited to; flight upgrades, meals, beverages, any sight-seeing or activities, any additional accommodation or upgrades, spending money, passports, any travel visas required, any other transport as required to get to and from Auckland, accommodation in Auckland, single supplement and all other ancillary costs and travel insurance. Les Mills strongly recommends the prize winner purchases travel insurance at the time of booking the prize accommodation. Airline to be confirmed at time of booking. Cost of return economy flights from Auckland to Fiji will be capped at $2,763* incl GST per person. Prize winners must comply with Fiji and New Zealand Government entry requirements and airline travel protocols. The prize winner must be 18 or over and their companion must be 12 years or over to travel to the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa. Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa’s usual cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.

Each Les Mills member will receive one entry into the prize draw each time  they refer a different friend over the age of 15 who redeems a free workout at Les Mills New Zealand between Friday 1st May and Tuesday 30th June 2026. A person can only be referred once by one member. The promotion ends at midnight on 30th June 2026. Free trial workout voucher entitles the bearer to one single visit at Les Mills. One free workout per person. The free trial is not available to current members or ex-members who have terminated their membership in the last 3 months, or if the referee has had a trial in the past 3 months. Available to NZ residents only. Additional fees apply for Personal Training. Voucher is not valid if reproduced. Voucher is not redeemable for cash and is void if on-sold. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Les Mills club rules Conditions of Entry at the time, apply. In addition to this trial, if the referred friend on a trial then joins to become a Les Mills member on any membership plan of 12 months or longer before midnight Tuesday 30th June, they too will go into the prize draw. At the date of travel both the prize winner and travel companion must be New Zealand residents and must have a current passport and entry or re-entry visa (if required) for end of travel. The prize winner must be 18 or over and their companion must be 12 years or over to travel to the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa. The prize will be forfeited if this condition is not met. The prize must be used by a prize winner and companion and is not transferable to any other person, is not transferable for cash, is void if on-sold, is non-refundable in the case of failure to travel including forfeiture, delays or changes of plan by the winner and is not transferable to any other trip option. 

Travel is valid from 8 August 2026 to 3 March 2027. Any visa requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner. Passports must have a minimum validity of six months from date of return. Prize draw is not available to employees or contractors of Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Les Mills New Zealand, Les Mills International, Les Mills clubs or their immediate family members. The prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 1 July 2026. The winner will be advised in writing and will be contacted by telephone. All winners must be current members at the date the prize is drawn. Each winner agrees that Les Mills New Zealand may use their name, town and photograph for publicity purposes, including but not restricted to public relations and marketing via internet and otherwise. All decisions made by Les Mills are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Provided Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa and Les Mills New Zealand have acted with reasonable care and skill, neither of them will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this promotion or receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by New Zealand law.

MEMBER GET MEMBER

If a Les Mills member refers someone who joins Les Mills on a standard, corporate, senior, or Under 23 membership of 12 or 24 months (single or multi-club) in-club or online, the referring Les Mills member will receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership, for each person who says the member referred them to join. The joining member must state the existing member as their referrer at the time of sign up and can only state one reference. The referring member can receive $50 Les Mills credit to their membership 7 days from the commencement of their membership. If the referral is made before the 26th of each month, the member will be credited by the end of that month. Any connections made from the 26th onwards, will be credited the following month. If the referred person(s) cancels their membership within the first 5 days of joining, Les Mills reserves the right to reverse the referring member’s credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash or refund, and credit cannot be transferred to any other membership account.

BRING FRIENDS FOR FREE

Members may bring a friend into a Les Mills club for up to two complimentary visits. Offer not available to current members or those who have used two complimentary member privilege visits within the past 3 months. Members can bring a friend into a Les Mills club on two separate occasions within a 3 month period. Trial available to individuals who reside in NZ only. Only available to people aged 15 and over only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special pricing discount. Additional fee may apply for some services such as personal training. Les Mills reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), health and safety. Photo ID required. Standard Les Mills conditions apply.

OPEN THE GATES

Perform your 'open the gates' move at any Les Mills New Zealand club between 29 April and 6 May 2026 to unlock one day of free access within the trial period. Club locations are available at lesmills.co.nz. This offer is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER classes. The offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. All participants must comply with Les Mills club rules, Conditions of Entry, and health and safety requirements at all times. One Day Free Pass

This free pass entitles the bearer to one (1) day of access to Les Mills New Zealand clubs, excluding Les Mills Dunedin. Club locations are available at lesmills.co.nz. The pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The trial is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER classes. The offer is available to local New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. The pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The trial is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. Additional fees apply for Personal Training and LES MILLS™ REFORMER classes. The offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over. Photo identification is required. This pass is free, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The pass is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. The pass provides access to Les Mills Dunedin only and is valid for three (3) consecutive days from first check-in. The pass is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This offer is available to new customers only and is not valid for existing members, former members, or individuals who have completed a trial or promotional pass at any Les Mills New Zealand club within the past three (3) months. AIA Vitality Les Mills Benefit

The AIA Vitality Les Mills Benefit is comprised of an AIA Vitality Les Mills Membership discount (membership discount), cashback offer (cashback) and AIA Vitality Points.

AIA Vitality members can receive up to 50% off a Les Mills membership via a 15% membership discount and 35% cashback.

AIA Vitality Starter members can receive up to 25% off a Les Mills membership via a 15% membership discount and 10% cashback.

Membership Discount

New Les Mills Members

To be eligible to receive a Les Mills membership discount, AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members must:

i. Sign-up to a new Les Mills 12 Month Multi Club membership; and

ii. Activate by linking their AIA Vitality and Les Mills accounts by emailing Les Mills Member Services: [email protected]

Existing Les Mills Members

To be eligible to receive a Les Mills membership discount, AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members must:

i. Terminate their existing Les Mills gym membership and then sign-up to a new 12 Month Multi Club membership.

iii. Activate by linking their AIA Vitality and Les Mills accounts by emailing Les Mills Member Services: [email protected]

Members are responsible for any fees associated with joining, maintaining or cancelling their Les Mills gym membership.

AIA Vitality members are not eligible to receive an AIA Vitality Les Mills membership discount in addition to other existing Les Mills membership discounts (e.g. corporate and under 23).

Cashbacks

• To be eligible to receive cashback on a Les Mills membership, both existing and new Les Mills members must complete a minimum of 24 gym visits during a calendar quarter (or 12 visits if joining part-way through a calendar quarter). Only one gym visit per day will count towards the minimum gym visit target. Excludes Les Mills On Demand.

• Members will not be eligible for any cashback if they do not meet the minimum visits during the calendar quarter. Calendar quarters are January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December.

• The cashback will be to the value of either 35% (AIA Vitality members), or 10% (AIA Vitality Starter members), of a Les Mills 12 Month Multi Club membership fee, regardless of membership type held.

• Cashback is paid quarterly in the month following the end of each calendar quarter, to the member’s nominated AIA Vitality cashback account. Cashback will only be paid if the member has an active AIA Vitality or AIA Vitality Starter membership at the time of payment.

AIA Vitality Points

AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Starter members can earn a maximum of 100 AIA Vitality Points per day for recording a Les Mills gym visit OR earn a maximum of 150 AIA Vitality Points per day for tracking physical activity. If a member records a gym visit and tracks physical activity in one day, only the highest points earning activity will be awarded.
