MIND BODY STUDIO: Our purpose-built Mind Body Studio will offer our LES MILLS YOGA™, LES MILLS PILATES™, BODYBALANCE® and the all-new LES MILLS™ REFORMER.

Cardio Area: Train your way with the latest cardio equipment. There are equipment options for everyone across the tiered levels of this specialised cardio zone.

Facilities: Transition from workout to work in the comfort of our changing rooms. Store your gear securely in a locker, then make use of our showers, ironing boards, hair dryers and straighteners.

Cycle theatre: Featuring dim lighting and an excellent sound system, and offering both live and Les Mills Virtual® Cycle Classes, you can be immersed in your own workout in this dedicated cycle studio.

Functional Area: Utilising a range of functional training equipment, this flexible space is the perfect spot to meet your Personal Trainer. Due to popular demand we've recently added more functional equipment around the club including ski ergs and air runners.

Studio 1: Doing a Group Fitness class here feels more like being at a live concert than working out. Incredible sound systems and enough space for 100 members to work out together, these studios hold over 100 group fitness classes each week.
 

Gym Floor: Find your limit using our wide range of weights and machines on the gym floor. Check your technique in full-height mirrors and stretch it out afterwards in the dedicated warm down zone.

Reception: Our friendly Reception team will welcome you to the club and answer any questions you might have about the timetable, bookings, your membership, and more!

Stretch area: stretch it out after a hard workout in our dedicated warm down zone.
