We’re exploring a number of future enhancements at Auckland City. These are in early stages and subject to further planning and approvals. Potential plans include:
- Dedicated Mind Body studios (e.g. Reformer)
- Expanded HYROX training spaces, including outdoor areas
- Additional recovery features such as plunge pools
- A new 25m pool and expanded aquatic facilities
These facilities are yet to be confirmed.
Planning for a pool is still in early stages, and resource consent has not yet been lodged. Timing for construction is yet to be confirmed.
The proposed pool would be located on the neighbouring Victoria Street West site owned by Les Mills.
The adjacent site is currently being used to support construction, including access and site offices for the current upgrade works.
We’re expanding our recovery facilities to better support your overall wellbeing, alongside traditional fitness training.
These spaces are designed to help you rest, recover, and recharge – whether you’re using them after a workout or on a rest day – as part of a more balanced approach to health and fitness.
