Forgotten password
Click here to reset a member's password.
Let them know that the email may go into their Junk, Spam or Other Folder.
Remind members to login to the app or site they now need to use their Les Mills ID.
Member ID
On the new site, members have to log in with their Les Mills ID as opposed to their email address. Find your Member ID here.
PORTAL REGISTRATION
If the member hasn't registered for an account or if you get the error message below, then the member needs to register for an account.
They can register for an account by entering their Les Mills ID and date of birth here.
After registering, an email will be sent to them asking them create a password.
Be mindful that the email may go into their Junk, Spam or Other Folder.
syncing new emails
Here's a handy new tool for you!
If you update an email address in CRM, you need to sync the change here using the member ID. After syncing, you can then go to Forgot Password. Watch the steps here.
If you get an error message when trying to sync, it is often because multiple email addresses are using this email or an account hasn't been created, which means the person needs to register. If the email address is used by multiple accounts, update the accounts in CRM, then sync the changes. If this still doesn't work, please email [email protected]
TROUBLESHOOTING DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS
If a member has a duplicate account, please delete the email address from the duplicate account in CRM, then sync the duplicate ID number.
After doing this, you should be able to sync the current ID number, then go Forgot Password.
