Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation across a wide range of sports — including football, futsal, netball, basketball, judo (blue belt), marching (I learnt a lot about posture and discipline!), cross-country running, and more. This diverse background has given me a deep appreciation for how different movement patterns, disciplines, and physical demands shape the body. It’s also allowed me to develop a highly adaptable coaching style — one that draws on varied experiences to help clients move better, train smarter, and reach their goals with confidence.
These days, I bring that same passion into my personal training. With a background in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, and hands-on experience with elite teams like The Wellington Phoenix, the Highlanders, Otago Rugby, and the Otago Nuggets. I help everyday people get stronger, more confident, and more capable than they thought possible.
My philosophy is simple: no two bodies are the same. Your training should reflect you — your lifestyle, your goals, your needs — in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and fun. As a neurodivergent coach, I’m all about creating a space where there are no silly questions, no unnecessary pressure, and no judgment — just support, structure, and smart programming that works.
If you’re ready to challenge yourself, try something new, or just get back into movement with someone who’s got your back — I’m here for it. I’ll bring the energy, keep you accountable, and tailor everything to suit you. All you have to do is show up.
