Some of my earliest memories are watching the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics with my family. These sparked a massive passion for health and fitness, leading me to join the Navy. During that time, my passion for health and fitness ultimately became my personality which carved the path to where I am now.
Now that I am studying medicine I am grateful for my holistic approach in health and fitness because these are the building blocks to having strong foundations and healthy habits that are sustainable for the rest of your life.
