I played football in my youth and then in my early twenties started training in combat sports, primarily muay thai, but also in brasilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing.
It was my passion for martial arts that grew my interest in the human body and what it is capable of, culminating in me coming to understand how vital physical health and fitness is for a fulfilled life.
My main aim as a trainer is to help people come to the same understandings as I have in the importance of regular, consistent, and progressive training.
