I've been there too. I've navigated gyms for over 10 years, and it hasn't always been smooth—I've failed, skipped sessions, given up. But creating a routine with movement as my constant became the anchor. It's where I found control, silenced the noise, and proved to myself that I am capable. What started as heavy weights and intense sessions became freedom—freedom to move, to thrive, and to give back to myself.
