Scott has been a dedicated Personal Trainer since 1996, with extensive experience both in New Zealand and internationally. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a deep expertise in fitness, wellness, and injury management, alongside a lifelong passion for helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term results.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Exercise Science from the University of Auckland, further enhancing his comprehensive understanding of human performance and wellness.

Since 2001, Scott has been a Personal Trainer at Les Mills, where he has been recognised with the prestigious Les Mills Auckland City Personal Trainer of the Year award five times, including in 2024. This accolade reflects his commitment to excellence and the lasting impact he has made on his clients’ fitness and wellness journeys.

A lifelong enthusiast of exercise and sport, Scott has a diverse background in surfing, rugby, and martial arts, giving him a unique perspective on physical conditioning.

Scott likes to incorporate a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on both physical and mental wellness. His expertise spans training clients for sports performance, functional strength, lifestyle changes and wellness, injury management and prevention, muscle balance, and mobility. He is also certified as a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Coach.

Scott’s goal is to empower clients to break old habits and create lasting change, using proven techniques that deliver sustainable results and promote overall well-being.
