Sarah Lewis-Dawes

Build the body. Build the mind

About Sarah

Sarah has been involved in sport and fitness throughout her life, participating in athletics, rugby, netball, football, hockey, triathlons, half marathons and CrossFit. Movement has played a significant role in shaping her confidence, resilience and identity. This lifelong connection to movement, whether through sport or in the gym, inspired Sarah to become a Personal Trainer and a group fitness instructor to help others pursue their own personal growth.

Sarah coaches from real-world experience and understands how difficult it can be when your body and mind no longer feel familiar. Having navigated menopause herself, she knows the frustration of unexplained fatigue, changes in mood, reduced confidence, and the feeling that the energy and motivation you once relied on have disappeared. She understands the worry that something may be wrong, the pressure to continue functioning as normal and the isolation that can come from feeling misunderstood or unlike yourself.

Sarah creates a supportive environment where women feel heard, understood, and never judged. Her coaching style is motivational, encouraging and grounded in empathy. She helps clients rebuild trust in their bodies, regain confidence in what they can do and develop strength and consistency at a pace that feels achievable. Her goal is to remind women that they are not broken, they are not alone and they are still capable of becoming stronger, more confident, and prouder of themselves.
