About Sarah

I have been actively involved in sport and fitness my whole life. I started in athletics at a young age and continued competing until 30. Over the years I’ve played rugby, netball, football and hockey, and taken part in triathlons, half marathons and CrossFit. I’ve always been a regular gym‑goer, and in recent years my passion for training grew to the point where I became certified in The Trip and Ceremony.

A change in work circumstances pushed me to finally pursue what I had always planned — becoming a Personal Trainer — just sooner than expected.

My training style is motivational, encouraging and grounded in real‑world experience. I focus on building confidence, strength and consistency, helping clients realise they are capable of far more than they think. My approach blends technique, mindset and progressive overload so clients feel supported, challenged and proud of their progress.
