Sammy has been a personal trainer for 5 years, taking a broad approach to health, fitness and nutrition that helps clients build their confidence in the gym and beyond. She believes that training is about discovering what you’re capable of, so you can back yourself in other areas of your life.
Having played rugby and dealt with injuries herself, she’s big on celebrating the small things, and understands the power of movement at any level.
In her spare time, you’ll find her in the gym (carrying around her emotional support pink Stanley cup), trying out all the cafes Wellington has to offer, or petting the nearest dog.
