I got into training in my late teens through sport - the gym was just where you went to get better. What started as performance work turned into a passion for physique development, and eventually led me to compete at IFBB Pro League level as a lifetime natural athlete.

That journey shaped how I coach. I don't believe in shortcuts or one-size-fits-all programs. Consistently showing up is what its all about, moving well, and being honest about where you're at - because the work doesn't lie.

My style is direct and hands-on. I'll keep you accountable, coach your technique properly, and build a program that actually fits your life. Whether you're picking up a weight for the first time or chasing a specific physique goal - if you're willing to put in the work, I'll make sure it counts.
