Phil has been a personal trainer since 1994 and has gathered an extensive knowledge of how our bodies function - from strong and pain free movement to how our nutrition affects us.

Phil enjoys guiding people to their goals through an informative holistic approach that considers their specific needs.

Phil's background includes snowboarding, surfing, basketball and is currently a competitive road cyclist. He knows what can be achieved when there's a will to succeed.
