Hi, I’m Otto. Throughout high school, I was one of the most underweight students in my class, and I also struggled with anxiety and depression. After graduation, I reached a low point in my life—physically underweight and weak, and struggling with my mental health. I felt as though I wouldn’t make it to my twenties.
It was at this low point that I made a life-changing decision to begin exercising regularly and adopt a healthier diet. Over time, this decision had a profound impact on my physical health, and as my body grew stronger, so did my mind. After just four months of dedicated training, I felt a noticeable shift in my strength and capability, as if I had gained a new sense of power and confidence.
This experience transformed my life, and it inspired my passion for fitness. The positive changes I’ve seen in my own journey have fueled my desire to help others experience similar improvements. Becoming a personal trainer was the natural next step for me, as I am deeply committed to supporting others in achieving their fitness goals and improving both their physical and mental well-being.
