My approach to training is very balanced and realistic and extends further outside the gym floor. I know that training can and will fit seamlessly into your everyday life whether your goal is to be healthier, more active, lose weight, lifestyle change, or improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Alongside being a certified Personal trainer, I’m also a Scuba Diving instructor, teaching a range of specialty courses such as deep, night, wreck, and self-reliant diving. Working in the underwater environment has even further strengthened my focus on calmness under pressure, body awareness, and the importance of breath work for both performance and recovery adding a holistic approach to training as well.
I also have experience in boxing, yoga, training at the gym, rowing, hiking and ocean sports. My love for a variety of activities in life offers different training styles which could include weight training, boxing sessions (Pad work & Gloves), HIIT sessions, functional training and more.
