My intro into the world of sports was as a gymnast at the age of 5. I went on to become a competitive gymnast for 9 years, as well as competing across various other sports such as Dancing, Football, Athletics, Rowing and Rugby.
When I started my career at EY as a tax consultant, I took a break from sport and focused on keeping fit by going to the gym daily. But it only took a few years before I was back competing in the sport of Athletics, as a Sprinter and Triple Jumper. I'm now pursuing a new path as a middle distance runner, as I conquer a new personal challenge after having completed the 100km Oxfam Walk.
I've always loved sport, whether as a participant, judge/official or a coach. Having become a gymnastics coach at the age of 13, I have spent many years helping both children and adults master various skills and decided it was time I commit to a job that I was both passionate about and that I found fulfilling.
My goal is to support people to achieve their dreams by helping them to make balanced and lasting lifestyle transformations. My experiences in various sports means I have a deep understanding of a range of strength training varieties, allowing me to assist clients in this area.
