Matt is a true master of his craft. After almost 20 years working as a Personal Trainer, Matt still dedicates time during his daily training sessions to learn new skills, which benefit both himself and his clients.

You will often find Matt either upside down or trying to gain the flexibility of a Ballerina, even though he has just hit the ripe young age of 40. However Matt’s true passion lies in helping others discover their true potential, especially when it comes to movement, mobility, strength and chronic pain management. He makes his clients aim big and achieve on a consistent basis.
