About Lisa

I've been part of the Les Mills Auckland City community for over 30 years, and for nearly a decade, I’ve worked closely with a personal trainer to keep challenging myself. Running is a huge part of my life. I’ve completed 22 marathons across New Zealand and around the world, including one in Antarctica. I’ve ticked off 6 of the 7 Marathon Majors and run on 5 of the 7 continents (so far!).

As an adult, I trained to become a Personal Trainer and I'm passionate about fitness. I love helping people reach their goals, whether it's building strength and endurance, toning up for an upcoming holiday, preventing injuries, supporting rehab, or working with women navigating post-pregnancy or peri/post-menopausal stages. Everyone’s journey is different, and I’m here to support yours.

I take a thoughtful, science-based approach to training, always tailoring programs to suit individual needs, goals, and lifestyles. Whether you're just starting out, returning from injury, or just want to get stronger and healthier, I’ll meet you where you’re at, with empathy, encouragement, and a plan that makes sense for you.
