About Li

Li has always been drawn to movement from sport to time spent in the gym, but what kept him coming back wasn’t just the training itself. The gym became a space that supported him mentally and physically and ultimately revealed that his passion wasn’t the gym alone, but helping others achieve those same positive changes to their well-being. It’s an experience he’s committed to sharing with every person he works with.

With Li, you’re not just learning how to lift or use equipment, you’re learning how to move with confidence, strengthen the body in a way that supports real life, and build habits that make you feel capable outside the gym. He’s big on creating an environment where anyone can walk in, feel welcome, and realise there’s far more on offer than simply chasing size or numbers.

Beyond the gym floor, Li is usually watching football or MMA, spending time with friends and family, or out walking his dog Isla - the worlds happiest golden retriever.
