About Laura

Kia ora, I’m Laura - a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist helping women build strength and confidence in and out of the gym. With a background in competitive gymnastics, movement has always been part of my life. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and experience the joy and empowerment that comes from getting stronger.

As your coach, I’ll prioritise your happiness and enjoyment while guiding you on your fitness journey. My goal is to be a warm, bubbly presence who keeps you motivated and accountable, while empowering you with the knowledge to sustain your results for life.
