About Kieran

With over 18 years experience in sport and fitness, including 13 years in Germany winning multiple rugby championships as a player and coach, Kieran has a wealth of experience in both performance and coaching. His approach combines his deep understanding of the physical and mental sides of training with a focus on building strong relationships and guiding clients through their own fitness journeys. Since returning to New Zealand in 2021, he has earned a Bachelor of Sport, completed his personal training certifications, and continued to coach multiple rugby teams. Kieran’s hands-on experience, and passion for helping people achieve their goals make him a trusted guide for anyone looking to transform their fitness and well-being.
