Originally from Boulder, Colorado - movement and exercise has been a constant presence in my life, but I was only ever a casual participant. After moving to New Zealand, I realized that years of working in high-stress environments was taking an enormous toll on my personal health and decided that something needed to be done about it. I started attending group fitness classes at Les Mills, and hired a PT to teach me how to move well and get strong.
Seeing the positive impact that fitness has had on my own life inspired me to get my PT certification and pay it forward, shifting my career in order to connect with and improve the lives of the people around me.
My goal as a PT is to help you learn how to move well and connect with your body, push your limits, and build strong foundations for a well-balanced and sustainable life through strength training and well-balanced programming.
