With over 12 years of professional dance experience across London, Europe and Australia, performing for artists, film, and television - health, strength training and pilates movement have always been at the centre of my life.
Alongside my dance career, I’ve spent the last 7 years teaching group fitness, including working as a Head Trainer at boutique studios in London, as well as teaching throughout Australia and now here in Auckland.
My training style is all about building confidence and helping you feel your absolute best — because the real glow up starts from within. Think of me as your supportive hype girl who also makes sure you get results.
I’ve worked with everyone from complete beginners to elite dance athletes, and I pride myself on creating a welcoming, empowering environment where you can feel comfortable, supported, and motivated.
