Originally from Slovakia, I've called New Zealand my home since 2013. With over 20 years of experience in tennis, my true passion emerged in 2016 when I shifted my focus entirely to fitness and strength training.
Specializing in strength and mobility training, my focus is on empowering individuals to use their bodies correctly. I aim to help clients avoid injuries and function pain-free in their daily tasks outside of the gym, promoting overall wellness and longevity. With a personal experience in rehabilitating shoulders, ankles, and lower back, I'm dedicated to guiding clients through effective recovery and strength-building techniques tailored to their specific needs. With a custom-made program to suit these needs and your goals, you can focus solely on your training, and I take care of everything else. My journey from a tennis player to a strength training enthusiast has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you effectively.
Additionally, I provide a recovery package that includes cupping and Gua Sha treatments, enhancing recovery and promoting muscle relaxation for my clients.
In my own training, I enjoy powerlifting and strive to be an example that even with long limbs, one can achieve great results. Having competed in several competitions, I understand the mental preparation needed to excel in events and the dedication required to reach peak performance.
Fun fact about beginnings of my fitness journey
When I was in high school as a rookie without any experience or spotter, I broke two bones in my pinkie during dumbbell chest fly. This painful incident made me realize how important it is to have the right guidance with you from day one!
