About Karen

My fitness journey began nine years ago when my daughters encouraged me to join them at boot camp and the gym. Surprisingly, I discovered that I loved exercising outdoors and going to all the different gym classes so I had a career change late in life, from being in the design industry for thirty five years to becoming a Personal Trainer five years ago. My other passion is bodybuilding, having competed in numerous competitions over the past seven years. There's no age limit when you find something that you enjoy doing! I love to help others with their fitness and nutrition goals, to move better and become stronger and more confident through sustainable lifestyle changes.
