With over 2 years of personal training experience, I’ve guided clients through transformations built on consistency and sustainable results. Alongside coaching, I’ve challenged myself through HYROX, earning my qualification and competing in multiple races. This competitive edge has shaped not only how I train, but how I coach — blending performance, resilience, and real-world application into every session.
