About Juli

Originally from Brazil, I have been immersed in the world of strength training and gym culture since my early twenties. Following bodybuilding competitions and training consistently over the years shaped my deep respect for discipline and sustainable habits.

In New Zealand, I have built my professional path within the fitness industry, working across personal training, group classes, client onboarding, and gym operations. This combination of lived experience and hands-on coaching allows me to support clients with both technical knowledge and real-world understanding.

As a coach and mother, I have personally applied my knowledge before, during, and after pregnancy, experiencing firsthand how beneficial strength training can be for both mothers and babies. This journey reinforced my belief that fitness should support life, not consume it.

I believe strength goes beyond aesthetics. A calm mind builds a strong body, creating a happy and balanced life because everything is connected. Guided by this philosophy, my coaching is structured, supportive, and focused on long-term results.
