I’ve been passionate about competitive sport for most of my life, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I delved deeper into the world of lifting weights and resistance training. Since then, it's become an essential part of my life and the progress I've made along the way has shaped the way I now approach training and fitness. As a Personal Trainer this is something I'm dedicated to sharing with my clients as well.

Through my studies, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the human body, paired with hands-on experience working with high-performance athletes across various sporting environments. Combined with my own experience pushing limits, I know what it takes to get stronger, move better, and perform at the highest level.

When I’m not in the gym or playing sports, you’ll find me reading up on the latest fitness trends or enjoying classic films.
