Kia Ora, I'm Jinan! I am a 27 year old qualified personal trainer through the NZ Institute Of Sport, Exercise & Health.
Growing up, I was always active in martial arts and sports. When I first started training, I was introduced to hypertrophy and bodybuilding-style training. Over time, I realised this wasn’t the best for my athletic background, so I shifted my focus to strength & conditioning, along with functional and performance-based training.
This style help builds strength, keeps the body functional, and helps prevent injury—all key for maintaining physical health as we age.
As a father, staying fit and strong is more important than ever. I want to stay strong and healthy for my daughter, and set an example of mental and physical strength by living a long and active life.
