Jess comes from a background of ballet, hence her passion for movement. She trained as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, during which she learnt the valuable lesson of not over-exercising, as she developed extreme Adrenal Fatigue.
This led to Jess becoming a Yoga Teacher, of which she is now full time. She is hugely passionate about leading people to a more comfortable and fun body, and also discovering how to heal your own body and mind, physically and mentally.
