Jacob has a passion for training in many different styles in the gym, actively learning more about training & physiology, and have it contribute to an inclusive and fun gym environment.
With years of training experience in calisthenics (handstands/bodyweight training), weights and joint prehab, he focuses on making PT programs and sessions enjoyable, challenging and results driven. He has experience in high performance sport, from representing NZ in Fencing, to interning with the Phoenix Football academy.
Jacob has four years of study at multiple institutes behind him, and is currently in his last year of a Sports and Exercise Degree at Massey University. He has a considerable knowledge base as a result. While he specialises in Joint prehab/rehab and calisthenics, he also loves to help people with their general and functional strength and conditioning training.
His enthusiasm for training and helping others, means he offers his clients a unique, fun and informative experience when working towards their specific goals.
