I have always been an active person since childhood; I participated in a lot of different sports, my favourites being basketball and volleyball.
Fitness is something I have always been interested in, but what really made me want to understand how the body functions was when I severely injured my right knee (ACL rupture). I begin to understand that there were areas of my fitness and my body I have been neglecting in my training. The rehabilitation journey allowed me to not only strengthen my knee but also helped me develop an understanding of the individualised, holistic training required by my body.
I believe we are all made different, but we definitely are made to move. I wish to aid you on your journey to finishing your masterpiece.
