About Izzy

I got into fitness through sport, especially rugby, but my passion for Personal Training really came from my experience with endometriosis. Going through chronic pain and navigating training while feeling constantly let down by my body was honestly one of the hardest periods of my life. At times, fitness stopped feeling empowering and started feeling frustrating because so much of the advice out there didn’t reflect what it’s actually like living with a complex condition. You just can’t teach lived experience.

This completely changed the way I viewed training and coaching. I remember wishing I had someone who understood both the physical and mental side of it, someone who could help me work with my body instead of against it. That’s now the approach I bring to Personal Training.

My coaching style is supportive, realistic, and tailored to the individual. I love helping people build confidence, strength, and trust in themselves again. While I’m wanting to dedicate this portion of my career to Women’s health I want to be someone that people feel makes a difference in their lives. Whether they’re athletes, beginners, or managing injuries or chronic conditions. I want training to feel challenging in the best way, but also safe and empowering.
