I’m a Proud Westie, with Samoan heritage and I grew up playing footy (rugby/league). Struggled with weight through injuries where I constantly yo-yo dieted until my training partners made me pursue a career in fitness instead.
My coaching philosophy is based on my brothers. Where they constantly try to help in a positive way through their mistakes. I’ve made many mistakes in my own fitness journey and my goal is to use those experiences to help fast track my clients progress. I believe through hard work, consistency and discipline, all things are possible.
As a PT I’m pretty flexible with my style of training. I can teach basic fundamentals to beginner lifters, break plateaus for intermediate lifters and keep advanced lifters accountable. I mainly focus on hypertrophy style training but I’m also able to run small group training sessions that include H.I.I.T and Boxing.
