My name is Holly. Movement, Food and Education are three major aspects I value daily.
I’ve been teaching group fitness at Les Mills for the past five years and my love of movement and helping others continues to evolve! I view movement as so much more than a workout; movement is a tool to boost mental health and enables our body to function to its full potential every single day. My style of personal training reflects this, as I aim to help people have a healthy and long lasting relationship with movement.
If you ever need a food platter made, I’ll be there. Baking and making platters is my creative space. I find it quite calming and taste testing along the way is always a positive!
My background is in primary school teaching. My inner teacher loves to learn; whether it be a new skill, fact of the day or something that takes a few goes to understand. I love the process!
