Holly is a Personal Trainer who believes movement is about so much more than just a workout. Her approach is centred on building confidence and helping clients feel comfortable and capable in their own bodies. She works to nomalise movement as a tool for mental health, while recognising that everyone's relationship with their body, mind, and movemet carries its own history and influence. With empathy and encouragement, Holly makes each session a positive and enjoyable experience that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
Holly has been a group fitness instructor at Les Mills Christchurch for nearly nine years.
