Consistency builds what motivation starts

About Holly

I’m Holly Wigg, a personal trainer, online fitness coach, and national and international karate champion. My goal has always been clear: to build a strong, healthy body that empowers me in every aspect of life. My fitness journey started at the age of 5 when I began Karate, following my older sister, and it’s been a lifelong passion ever since. Through the empowerment of physical strength and the invaluable lessons learned along the way, I’ve come to understand how a healthy body impacts every area of my life.

Growing up, I wasn’t the most athletic kid. My parents always love to share the story of me coming last in the cross-country race after confidently telling them I would be first. Over the years, I’ve gone through many stages in my fitness journey — from being overweight to underweight for weight cuts, and finally finding the balance between strength and fueling my body for performance and overall health.

As an athlete, I’ve learned that strength isn’t just about physical performance — it’s about mental resilience, confidence, and the ability to push through barriers. There’s something incredibly powerful about waking up in a body that feels capable. A healthy body has truly been the key to unlocking my full potential and achieving success.

My personal training style is high-energy, motivating, and designed to help others push past their limits. I focus on training with purpose, not just to look stronger, but to move better and improve athletic performance. Whether you’re aiming for fat loss, muscle building, or enhancing your overall fitness and athleticism, my approach is centered around sustainable progress, long-term habits, and constant growth. Every step of the way, I aim to build strength, confidence, and a mindset that allows me to perform at my best and feel unstoppable.
