Her passion for coaching began early on, and she has since completed her New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Levels 4 & 5). This education, combined with years of hands-on experience, has prepared her to help others reach their potential and achieve a balanced lifestyle through holistic approaches and a deep understanding of nutrition.
