Hannah Armstrong

A strong, aligned body and mind creates a powerful/purposeful life

About Han

I grew up on Waiheke Island, New Zealand, surrounded by movement and an active lifestyle. From dancing and horse riding to training in the gym, I developed an early curiosity for how the body moves, adapts, and stays well.

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2022 while working in yachting and have trained both onboard and on land. I’ve completed IMS Level 1 through the CHEK Institute and continue to deepen my education, with physiotherapy studies and IMS L2 beginning in 2026.

My training style is intentional, corrective, structured, and sustainable. I focus on alignment, nervous system regulation, strength, and longevity — coaching people to build a body that supports their whole life, not just their workouts.
