I originally found my passion for functional strength and conditioning training through jiu jitsu and firefighting. Over time, coaching and working out became more enjoyable than the sport, so I chased it!
As the years went on, I became passionate about sharing the improved quality of life we can enjoy through strength training. I also dived into CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics, which is where a huge part of my passion lies. Teaching these movements is what I do now!
I take absolute pride in this work and believe in fostering a safe and positive space where anyone can get the work done while learning, improving, and growing.
