About Emma

I got into fitness after realising how powerful it felt to focus on getting stronger.

I help women and men build real strength through structured, progressive training. My style focuses on mastering the fundamentals squat, hinge, push, pull and lunge with strong emphasis on technique and smart progression.

I meet clients where they’re at, whether they’re new to the gym or ready to level up their lifts. The goal isn’t just to 'do more' it’s to move well, get stronger, and build confidence that carries over into life outside the gym.
