My journey with the gym started in boxing training as a young teen, eventually attended the group fitness classes and really enjoyed them (still do), then to now falling in love with strength/ hypertrophy training. Within this time I found a passion for the gym and I understood that it made my mental and physical health excel overall for my wellbeing. I find it thrilling to challenge my body in so many different and new ways as well as continuing to progress further in gym training.
In regards to clients I want to challenge others in the same ways I do for myself, whether it’s building strength, increasing fitness or having a training program or setting a routine. I want to help people reach their full potential as it inspires and motivates me too. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and welcoming in their fitness journey as well as educating and guiding them along the way. With a fun loving attitude along with hard work you can can achieve so much. It would be a honour to be a part of your journey too.
