Hi, I’m David, a Personal Trainer, calisthenics coach, and strength coach based in Auckland, New Zealand.

My fitness journey started with a desire to become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined. Over the years, that passion grew into a lifestyle centered around strength training, calisthenics, athletic performance, and helping others unlock their potential.

I’ve spent years developing my skills through both practical experience and professional education, including Personal Training qualifications and strength coaching methods focused on building resilient, capable bodies. My background combines bodyweight training, resistance training, mobility work, and full-range strength development to help clients move and feel better.

My coaching style is highly personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, increased strength, improved mobility, learning calisthenics skills, or simply feeling more confident in your body, I meet you where you’re at and create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
