With a career spanning over a decade since 2009, I’m a dedicated personal trainer whose passion lies in strength and conditioning and enhancing mobility. Originally from country NSW, Australia, I discovered a love for team sports early on, excelling in basketball, cricket, but mostly AFL. These formative years instilled in myself not just athletic prowess but also a profound understanding of discipline and perseverance.
In 2014, I sustained a serious knee injury during an AFL game, which in turn ended my football career. Determined to overcome this setback, I embarked on an extensive rehabilitation journey, spending years refining strength programs focused on building resilient ankles, knees, and hips. This personal experience ignited my mission to help others move "pain free" and achieve their optimal physical strength.
Having recently relocated from Australia to New Zealand, I’m bringing my expertise and passion to a new community. As a seasoned personal trainer, I advocate for a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the motto "train to live." I believe in empowering clients to not only achieve their fitness goals but also to cultivate sustainable lifestyle changes. With a strong foundation in strength training and mobility enhancement, I tailor each program to meet the unique needs of every individual, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and well-being.
Beyond the gym, I continue to explore my passion for all things outdoors. Being in nature, camping, hiking and fishing are activities that bring me pure joy and happiness. Through my dedication and expertise, my passion is to inspire others to embrace strength, resilience, and the pursuit of living their best life.
