About Chris

Chris has a burning desire to help people achieve their fitness goals with his knowledge and further improve their quality of life.

He loves to build good relationships with his clients and time flies during the session with lots of laughs, making clients want more and more. Clients can expect to learn new ways to workout in the gym with every session.

Chris has trained hundreds of clients from beginner level to athlete level with over seven years as a personal trainer. Chris is always professional and carries himself with integrity in and outside the gym.

Chris specializes in Bio-mechanic utilization, which incorporates muscle isolation and strict technique for free weights and machine exercises for maximal muscle stimulation. He also has vast knowledge of high intensity cardio/functional training methods to keep your cardio fitness in top level as well.
