About Britt

Britt is on a mission to help people prioritize Hauora: a Māori health model encompassing a holistic viewpoint to well-being.

As a person with a history of chronic pain, Britt found that improving her overall function and stability, strength and tackling stress, were game-changers in helping her to manage pain and move from a debilitating to thriving human experience.

Britt can see your blind spots. Those things that are holding you back from achieving at the level you are capable of. Through a holistic approach to coaching, Britt will help you bust through self-doubt and transform the same old patterns that keep you feeling stuck, into self-mastery.
