About Brett

A previous life of representative swimming for NZ, combined with a degree in Exercise Science, has provided Brett with the tools to understand the human body and what works to help achieve goals.

Brett's style of training often involves weight training focussing on strength development and increasing lean muscle mass. Brett likes to incorporate interval training to increase his clients fitness.
