I grew up in Australia in an extremely competitive environment in which my friends, parents, siblings, cousins, aunties, and uncles all played high-level representative sports. I believe this kind of environment instilled a greater want to achieve within myself and has aided me in where I am and what I have achieved to date.
I am an Ex-Premier level Rugby and AFL player with representative honours at the National and international levels.
During the height of my rugby career, I sustained a life-changing head injury (Not Rugby Related) that resulted in me being hospitalized in an induced coma for 25 days, followed by years of rehabilitation mentally and physically rebuilding myself to where I am today.
Moving forward, I made a comeback to full contact sport Playing top-level Rugby for the Manurewa Prems and the NZ AFL National League. Soon after achieving this, I realized that maybe Rugby & AFL were no longer the sport for me and the lessons I have learnt over the years of my past traumas & experiences were better suited elsewhere.
Having 17 years of gym experience, 23 years of high-level contact sports, and a mind rebuilt around cognitive and physical rehabilitation, I decided to put my knowledge to good use by helping the others around me achieve their goals through personal One on One training applications.
Fast forward to the present; I have been a Personal trainer for the last four years and have won multiple Pro titles as a personal trainer and Competitive Pro bodybuilder. I currently hold 3 New Zealand National titles and 4 pro titles, one of which is an international title I won when travelling to America for the world championships in 2019.
Bodybuilding has helped me reach a variety of clients that I otherwise wouldn't have met if I hadn't chosen this path. I'm now a Transformation specialist, specializing in body Recomposition, E.g., Weight loss, Reduce Body Fat, Muscle Gain, Bodybuilding & General Health, and wellbeing.
As a personal trainer and human being, I understand we as people are all in different stages of our lives; whether it be Age, relationships, fitness, business or even illness-related, we all have our own struggles, and I believe it's essential to healing some of those inconsistencies in yourself before looking outward.
