About Dana

My family has always been into professional sports, so I spent most of my childhood at Olympic lifting or the gymnastic gym. My sport of choice was gymnastic aerobics which I thoroughly enjoyed, including every hour of training, as well as small and large victories. My passion soon became my profession and now each day I try to motivate more and more people to be a part of sport and fitness and to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Everybody is unique and I always search for only one particular key to each client and their personal needs. Not all people need to look like fitness models, you are amazing, and I will help you to be more confident, healthier and happier!
